The training covered key areas such as corporate culture, internal regulations, job skills, and professional development, laying a solid foundation for employees to begin their careers successfully.

In November 2025, the highly anticipated China International Pet Show (CIPS) 2025 was successfully held in Guangzhou. As one of Asia’s largest and most influential pet industry exhibitions, CIPS brings together leading brands, distributors, and supply chain enterprises from around the world, serving as a key platform for industry exchange and cooperation.

To further enhance organizational management capabilities, strengthen the overall competence of its leadership team, and drive high-quality corporate development, KT Hardware recently organized and successfully completed its “Management Cadre Empowerment Bootcamp.” Centered around three core themes—capability enhancement, mindset upgrade, and execution excellence—the program combined systematic training with practical exercises to unlock leadership potential and inject new momentum into the company’s future growth.
